What we do with your details

Events Desk is a tool that drafts the events section of a local newsletter. This page covers the only place we collect personal information right now: the “Get a free sample” form on our homepage. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

When you submit the free-sample form, we receive what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your newsletter URL
• Your town

That's it. We don't collect anything else, and there's no account or payment on this page.

Why we collect it

Only to build a sample events section for your town and reply to you personally — usually the same day. The newsletter URL lets us see your voice and find your town's public event sources so the sample is real and relevant.

Who processes it

The form is handled by Formspree, which receives the submission and delivers it to our inbox. We use it solely to respond to you. We never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Cookies & tracking

This page sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. We don't follow you around the web.

Keeping it & deleting it

We keep your submission so we can follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time, or to see or correct what we hold — just email info@eventsdesks.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
